Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation through the Cashfree payment gateway.

  • Once payment is confirmed, order processing typically begins within 1–3 business days.

  • For bulk or customized manufacturing orders, processing time may vary and will be communicated separately.


Shipping Method

  • We ship products through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.

  • Shipping mode (standard / surface / express) depends on the order type, delivery location, and customer preference.

  • Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within Rajasthan: 3–5 business days

  • Other parts of India: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • KALPVASTAR TEXTILE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment is handed over.


Shipping Address

  • Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • In some cases, shipping charges may vary based on location, order quantity, or order value.


Delivery Confirmation

  • Products are considered delivered once received at the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Any issues related to missing packages or visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos as proof.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as per their investigation process.


Shipping & Refund Relation 

  • Refunds, if applicable and approved, will be processed only to the original payment method used via Cashfree.

  • Refund processing timelines are typically 7–10 business days after approval, subject to Cashfree and bank processing times.
